| Description | AT may be usually initiated also in senior patients after due consideration, when the indications are mainly cardiological ones. The treatment has to be regularly monitored and warfarin dose has to be modified according to INR levels The autors also point at some aspects, drawbacks and risks of AT, while considering the prevention of the aforementioned complications. |
