Description The PhD. thesis was focused on the new chances of coating of the material with excellent machanical and physical characteristics. As the base material was cromium cobalt alloy coated with biomaterials titanium nitride and zirconium nitride. The structure of this material was cobalt cromium wolfram. The aim of the thesis was evaluated the biological characteristics and mechanical and physical characteristicsof the new biomaterials (titanium nitride and zirconium nitride). The biological tests were test of inhibition, test of dilatation, test of adherention, test of tolerance, and test sof genotoxicity. All biological tests attested assumed positive and therefore biological acceptability of these new surface layers. Mechanical and physical tests took the volume of the surface layer, the segmantationof the surface, the adhesionof the surface layer, the hardness and elasticity of the surface layer. The adhesion was evaluated as highest numer one. The hardness of these layers waster higher than the layer with titanium, but the elasticity was ter lower than the layer with titanium, however competent for the oral implantology. It was attested, that the surface layer did not change the reliéf and the structure of the base material. There was very small bedding of the surface layer on the edging. It was statistically insignificant. The output of the thesis will be continuing to subperiostal implants and enosseal implants.
