Description Good outcome is associated with PbtO2 values > 20 mmHg, while poor outcome is associated with PbtO2 values < 20 mmHg in the long-term post-SAH period. Our current observations show that brain tissue oxymetry might be advantageous in the early detection of ischemic changes both peri- and postoperatively.
