Description To evaluate the changes corneal topography 6 months after riboflavin-UVA corneal collagen crosslinking (CCL). To assess relationship between optical (Orbscan II, BauschLomb) and ultrasound pachymetry (UP-1000, Nidek) measurement after CCL.The central corneal thickness measured by optical pachymeter Orbscan was significantly smaller than that measured by ultrasound pachymeter. The corneal thinning indicated by Orbscan was not confirmed clinically in any case and thus it seems that Orbscan pachymetry precision is impaired by the changes after CCL.
