| Description | DNA diagnostics of viral keratitis (HSV1) by RealTime PCR method is very sensitive and rapid diagnostic method. The quantification by RealTime PCR method allow accurate monitoring of the therapy effectiveness. The introduction of this method in the routine clinic diagnostics of chronical keratitis we consider as basic aim. |
