Ortophoria or small angle of eso or exodeviaton ( up to 10 prism diopters) with successful cosmetic results were presented in 100% of patients. Single binocular vision before surgery had 33,8% of patients ( 19,6% simultaneous vision , 14,2% fusion, no stereopsis). Binocular vision postoperatively have 61% patients ( simultaneous vsion 27,7%, fusion 24,3%, stereopsis 9% of patients). Six patients had diplopia in a short time postoperatively.
