Description The authors in their work describe a two-phase treatment of bone defect after loss of the 32nd tooth due to untreated agressive parodontitis. In the first phase, alveolar ridge augmentation by means of synthetic collagen-hydroxy-apaptit(BiovanK) with a barrier membrane (Biovan) was done. In the second phase, the lost 32nd tooth eas replaced with a bicortical screw implant after plastic correction of marginal gingiva and papillae.
