| Description | SUSTAIN study investigate effectiveness of ranibizumab in wet form of age-related macular degeneration. It is study IIIb. Together were included 531 subjects. Duration of study was 12 months. Study tested if PRN regiment (pro re nata) leads to reduction of intravitreal application of ranibizumab. Interim analysis demonstrated that average number of applications were 5.3. Visual acuity improve of 5.8 letters on ETDRS chart. |
