• Description: Chronic ondansetron administration however increased the leukocyte phagocytic activity in both, sham and OB animals. The characteristic locomotor hyperactivity showed by OB mice was inhibited by chronic treatment with ondansetron, which indicates antidepressant-like activity of the drug in this animal model.
