| Description | The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) with verteporfin for classic subfoveal neovascular choroid myopic membranes. Best corrected visual acuity expressed as a decimal value before PDT was an average of 0.32, after PDT an average of 0,6. In averege was necessary to use 1.4 PDT sessions for stabilisation. Conclusions: Photodynamic therapy with verteporfin is in our experience,effective and non-invasive method of treatment of classic neovascular myopic choroid membranes. |
