Description In this paper is presented a case report of a patient with post-traumatic peroneal tendon dislocation and concurrent rupture of tendon of musculus peroneus brevis. Although the peroneal tendon dislocation after common ankle injuries are not so rare, they are usually overlooked, which is also demonstrated in this case report. The patient referred to in this case report came to orthopedic department with problems after sport injury. Diagnosis was determined after 3 months from the injury. Dislocation of peroneal tendons and the rupture have been solved operatively. During the operation a standard surgical method using sliding bone block was used, with very good result.
