Description Retinoblastoma is the most common primary oculary malignancy of childhood that usualy develops before the age 5. Retinoblastoma is often curable when it is diagnosed early, but advanced form of RTB can be life-threatening. Therefore it is important to recognise the first signs of RTB like leukokoria but also less common maskong symptoms simulting other diseases. Authors described a very rare atypical case of unilateral retinoblastoma in the form of uveitis with pseudohypopyon in 12 years old girl.
