Description Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia is a disease with an extremely heterogeneous clinical course. It is a disease of the elderly, with a median age at diagnosis of 65-70 years. CLL is the most common leukaemia in the western world, accounting for over 30% of all cases. It is the most common adult leukaemia in the Czech Republic. This clinical guideline focuses on 10 areas: Diagnosis and prognostic indicators for treatment decisions Choice of first-line therapy Choice of relapse therapy Choice of new agents Treatment of older patients The importance of haematopoietic stem cell transplantation Richter syndrome therapy Therapy of autoimmune cytopenia Supportive therapy Timing and extent of follow-up care/follow-up
