| Description | The case demonstrates the insulinoma patient in his normal form. Fasting test as well in this patient showed the gold standard in the diagnosis of insulinoma. Are common and display problems bearing pancreas, when endosonography is the most sensitive methods available. Radiofrequency ablation is also shown as a very suitable method to remove the p-NET polymorbid among older patients. Positive somatostatin scintigraphy offered treatment option somatostatin analogues in the event that surgical treatment was not effective enough. |
