| Description | The diagnistics of the pathologic lesions of the neck is an everyday practice of ENT specialist. However, endocrinologist or other specialists are often involved in the investigative algorithm and they work as a team. The cooperation with the pathologist is essential. The case report below, points out some specific aspects that need to been taken into account in the process of the differential diagnostics of pathologic lesions of the neck. The paper briefly reviews the most frequently thyroid cancer - the papillary carcinoma. |
