Description Over time, there have evolved quite a number of approaches, differing in their basic principle, which characterize these interactions. In this work two separation capillary electrophoresis - frontal analysis (CE-FA) and equilibrium dialysis (ED) and two non-differential circular dichroism (CD) and isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) (DCF-HSA) methods were used for the determination of diclofenac-HSA lidocaine-HSA (LIDO-HSA) as an interaction force criterion. To ensure a comparable result of such a study, all methods were performed with the same buffer, including its ionic strength and pH, and the same HSA concentration and temperature were used. The binding parameters estimated under these conditions were comparable between all these approaches and literature values. In addition, the comparison of these results and, in particular, other considerations have shown the advantages and disadvantages of selected methods.
