Citation
Description Metal organic frameworks are highly porous and due to high surface area very promising materials for application as a sorbent. In this work various type of Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) as a tool for specific preconcentration of peptides and for small molecules as drugs were investigated. We found specific interaction of two peptides (angiotensin II and adrenocorticotropic hormone clip [1-17]) and we was able to pre-concentrated them 2 x and 120x using Basolite F300 and using Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization connecting with time of flight detection (TOF) mass spectroscopy (MS).
