Description Hope is important for maintaining mental health and resilience in difficult periods of life. In the lecture for U3V MU, we talked not only about the findings of contemporary scientific research about the importance of hope for successful coping with stress, but we also focused on practical recommendations for strengthening hope and mental health. We have presented specific methods based on the scientific field of positive psychology that effectively help prevent anxiety, disstress, and hopelessness, and significantly support mental health and well-being.
