Description | Halbert reported that taking breakfast causes a decrease in weight, while taking the same amout of energy in the night, as dinner causes no change in body weight. Cohort studies have demonstrated that eating more than one thirt of the total per day intake of meals in the night, may predispose to obesity and metabolic syndrome, with increased risk of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). |
