InGA call for 2025 - 4 Postdoc positions

The competition serves to attract excellent junior researchers with significant international experience and to integrate them into already established research groups at FM MU. The aim is also to strengthen the international character of FM MU academic environment.

Guests of the June Breakfast with a Scientist were Mr. and Mrs. Bešše

On June 25th, the last pre-summer Breakfast with a Scientist took place. We were pleased to invite a lovely married couple of researchers, Lenka and Andrej Bešše, who shared their fascinating story of travelling to Switzerland and back to the Czech Republic and offered valuable insights from their careers in medical research.

Think big: from Fulbright to Rector

At the Research Breakfast on Monday, 20 May, Tomáš Kašpárek welcomed a special guest, the Rector of Masaryk University, Professor Martin Bareš. In a relaxed atmosphere, they discussed the beginnings of his career, his experiences from his stay abroad in the USA, balancing work and family life, and his plans for the future.
