Ověření středoškolského vzdělání
Než se zapíšete do našich studijních programů bakalářského nebo dlouhého magisterského studia a získáte středoškolské vzdělání mimo Českou republiku, musí být vaše vzdělání formálně ověřeno naší fakultou (MED MUNI) nebo oficiálně uznáno příslušnými českými orgány. Prostudujte si prosím níže uvedené možnosti.
A) OVĚŘENÍ ZAHRANIČNÍHO VZDĚLÁVÁNÍ NA LÉKAŘSKÉ FAKULTĚ MU
- je regulováno Směrnicí Masarykovy univerzity č. 2/2019
- fakulta ověřuje, zda předložené vzdělávací dokumenty opravňují uchazeče k zápisu do studijního programu, do kterého byl přijat
- ověření je platné pouze pro konkrétní program, do kterého byl uchazeč přijat, a pro konkrétní kolo přijímacího řízení

Obecný proces ověřování
- Po úspěšném složení přijímací zkoušky je nutné předložit vysvědčení o ukončení střední školy.
- Dokument musí být předložen jako úředně ověřená kopie s požadovanými podpisy a razítky. (Další podrobnosti naleznete na záložce Způsoby ověřování dokumentů.)
- Pokud je osvědčení vydáno v jiném jazyce než v češtině, slovenštině nebo angličtině, musí být k němu přiložen úřední překlad do češtiny nebo angličtiny. (Více informací naleznete v záložce Požadavky na úřední překlad.)
- Doklad o ukončeném středoškolském vzdělání se vkládá do e-přihlášky v elektronické podobě; převod z listinné podoby na elektronickou je prováděn autorizovanou konverzí dokumentů.
- K vytvoření autorizované konverze dokladu o SŠ vzdělání může uchazeč využít služeb Czech POINTU České pošty i pošty na Slovensku.
- Za proces ověření může být účtován poplatek ve výši 990 Kč, který se platí prostřednictvím Obchodního centra Masarykovy univerzity. (Platba poplatku se odvíjí od typu vysvědčení; podrobné informace jsou uvedeny níže.)

Způsob, jakým musí být váš dokument ověřen, závisí na zemi, kde byl váš diplom vydán. Existují tři možnosti:

1 BEZ OVĚŘOVÁNÍ PODPISŮ A RAZÍTEK
Pokud je Česká republika vázána bilaterálními dohodami o vzájemném uznávání vzdělávacích kvalifikací, jsou vaše dokumenty akceptovány bez dalšího ověřování podpisů či razítek.

2 APOSTILLE
If your diploma was issued in a country that is a signatory to the Hague Convention, the signatures and stamps on your document must be verified with an apostille.
The apostille is issued by the competent authority in the country where the document was issued.

3 SUPERLEGALIZATION
If your diploma was issued in a country that is not a signatory to the Hague Convention, your document must be verified through superlegalisation.
This usually means:

verification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or another competent authority) of the country where the school is located, and
-
verification by the Czech embassy or consulate in that country.

If your Secondary school leaving certificate (High school diploma) is not issued in Czech, Slovak, or English, you must submit an official translation into Czech or English.

The translation must be prepared by a certified (court-appointed) translator.
A list of certified translators in the Czech Republic is available on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.
Diploma from Czechia, Slovakia, Germany, Hungary, Slovenia or Poland
The Czech Republic is bound by bilateral agreements on mutual recognition of educational qualifications with Hungary, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Slovenia, the Federal Republic of Germany and Slovak Republic.This applies only to certificates under the education system of the mentioned countries listed below.
- Slovakia: Vysvedčenie o maturitnej zkúške and its equivalents
- Hungary: Érettségi bizonyítvány
- Poland: Świadectwo dojrzałości
- Slovenia: Maturitetno spričevalo
- Germany: Zeugnis der Allgemeinen Hochschulreife
What needs to be done?
- Submit an officially certified (notarized) copy of the final certificate.
- If the document is not in English, Czech or Slovak, submit its official translation as well.

Diploma from another country
According to Directive No. 2/2019, a Secondary school leaving certificate (High school diploma) can be accepted for internal verification if it meets the following two conditions:

The certificate allows the holder to apply for a bachelor’s degree programme or a long-cycle master’s degree programme in the country where it was issued.

The certificate was issued by an institution that is officially authorised to provide secondary education in accordance with the laws of the respective country.
What needs to be done?
- Submit an officially certified (notarized) copy of the final certificate verified in accordance with international obligation obligations of the Czech Republic (for further details, please see the Document verification methods tab above).
- If the document is not in English, Czech or Slovak, submit its official translation as well.
- Make sure the document contains all stamps, notary clauses, interpreter clauses, certifications of the authenticity of signatures, etc.
- Prepare a notary certified copy of the authorization of the school to provide their students with secondary education (accreditation); it can be substituted by a link to an official register (e.g. the register of the secondary schools on the Ministry of Education or another relevant authority website) emailed to the contacts above.
- Pay the verification fee in the Masaryk University Shopping Centre.

International Baccalaureate
What needs to be done?
- Please, share your results with Masaryk University through the IB website. No further action is necessary.
- In case we do not get an access to your IB results, you have to submit a certified copy of Diploma of the International Baccalaureate authenticated by an Apostille stamp and a notary certified copy of IB Diploma Programme Results. The documents can be requested on IB website.
- The verification fee is not charged.

European Baccalaureate
What needs to be done?
- Submit an officially certified (notarized) copy of the European Baccalaureate certificate with an official translation into Czech or English (translations are not required for certificates issued in Slovak or English)

GCE A-levels
Please note that applicants who attended high schools under the British educational system have to submit certified copies of the following documents (choose the one that is applicable).
- THREE A-LEVEL EXAMS supported by GCE A LEVELS CERTIFICATES
- A BTEC LEVEL 3 NATIONAL EXTENDED DIPLOMA
- A combination of a BTEC LEVEL 3 NATIONAL DIPLOMA and ONE A-LEVEL EXAM
What needs to be done?
- The submitted documents must be authenticated
- either with an Apostille stamp in compliance with the Hague Convention (the apostille authorities in relevant countries are available on the HCCH website
- or superlegalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the certificates were issued as well as the relevant Embassy of the Czech Republic (the list of the embasies).
- These documents are always issued in English language so the certified translation is not required.
- Pay the verification fee in the Masaryk University Shopping Centre.

GED diploma
Please note we accept electronic versions of GED documents. The required documents for verification are as follows.

What needs to be done?
- As you are not permitted to forward your GED documents to any third party, please instruct GED to email both the documents directly to our department. The email address to which the documents must be sent is zpilatova@med.muni.cz.
- Pay the verification fee in the Masaryk University Shopping Centre.
B) NOSTRIFIKACE - UZNÁNÍ PLATNOSTI ZAHRANIČNÍHO STŘEDOŠKOLSKÉHO VYSVĚDČENÍ V ČESKÉ REPUBLICE
- provádí příslušné krajské úřady podle místa pobytu žadatele na základě podané žádosti
- informace o nostrifikaci jsou dostupné na webu MŠMT
