| Popis | Method of double staining is used for exploration of bones and bones ossification centres of vertebrate and unvertebrate. Two dyes (alcian blue and alizarin red)create keystone of staining. There are several modifications and protocols each other more or less divergent. This type of staining is widely used, owing to large variability, in anatomy, embryology and teratology. |
