| Popis | The aim of this study was to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of sonographic measurement of the disc displacement of tempromandibular joint ( TMJ) in comparison to MRI as a gold standard. Dynamic sonography of TMJ, which is interpreted by the physician via real time, is avaluable diagnostic method above all in detection of internal derangement of TMJ and disc displacement with reduction, less accurate in differential diagnostics of disc displacement without reduction. |
