| Popis | We present two patients who required extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support after bioprosthetic mitral valve replacement, who developed early structural valve failure due to leaflet fusion. Percutaneous balloon valvuloplasty restored normal leaflet motion and allowed discontinuation of ECMO support. |
