Popis | The contribution is an overview of a recent study which dealt with the relationship between academic procrastination and psychological reactance. 105 university students completed a set of scales measuring various aspects of procrastination and reactance. The hypothesis about a positive relationship was confirmed. A causal model of procrastination and conscientious approach to work is proposed, which includes the dimensions of reactance, task aversiveness, anxienty, and achievement motivation. |
